More retailers and brands align their online marketing with consumers’ habits to reach them where they already spend time socializing.
According to a recent survey:
- 98% of respondents plan to make at least one purchase through social shopping
- 49% plan to watch livestreams in 2023
- 47% plan to use shopping features within a platform (Instagram Shops, Facebook Shops, TikTok Shop)
Connecting with online social networks and communities can help companies increase product discovery and decrease acquisition costs.
